Together we will link movement and breath with intention. Flowing through a series of traditional sun salutations and creative sequences—this practice will build strength, balance and a heightened sense of self-awareness. Hands on assists and modifications will be given. Open to all levels.
Through mindful stretching, Yin Yoga targets the deep connective tissues of the body and encourages free flow of Qi (energy). Floor postures are held for longer periods of time (generally several minutes) and awareness is brought to sensations in the body—inviting practitioners to get intimate with the self. Open to all levels.
